    I think they replaced them with snow globs but I'm not too sure. Also the only one I've gotten doesn't do anything.

    There's no collectibles that up your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. like that.

    Yea you will rely more on clothing and armor this time around to boost your SPECIAL Stats(s) by 1 or more
