So I just lost my 10+ hour character save after finishing Come Fly With Me. Turns out it is a known bug - just google it and hundreds of results will come up. Basically, you finish the mission and at a point after that your save will be corrupted and unusable. Crashes the whole game when I try to load it.  I'm playing on the 360 version.
So, I'm starting a new character.  
Anyone know of any other game-ending bugs? Things that will corrupt a save, make the game unplayable, etc.? Share them here if you do (try not to spoil too much if possible), and lets all try to avoid those spots. 
 
(sidenote: This save corruption was, swear to god, the first bug of any kind I'd encountered in the game. Not even a clipping error or anything.)

My friend was locked out of the strip, and now every time I try to enter the strip, the game freezes and I get a corrupted game file.
