Is it possible to get into the launch area where the you can see the Ghouls getting the rockets ready for flight, and into the whole complex on top of the hill. (i.e. the big dome shaped building which slides its roof back at the end of the quest). I've looked top to bottom in the REPCONN building and then walked around the whole hill which the launch site is on, looking for a way up and found lots of other things (Hidden Valley, Primm Pass, whatisnames shack) but no way up.
Knowing me it is probably a really obvious door I have missed - but can anyone tell me how to get up/in there?
