    I'm still working my way through Fallout: New Vegas, and while I still am pretty positive about it, I keep coming across weird bugs.  Obviously, the crashes are the worst, but here are some less annoying ones I've come across in the last few days.
     

    Just another NCR slacker, pretending to work while collecting a government paycheck.  At least set yourself up in front of a computer that's not obviously broken!  Clearly, the wasteland needs a new Tea Party.

    If I spent five years stuck in an underground bunker with a bunch of Brotherhood of Steel yahoos, I'd probably flip out and go nuts too.  Maybe not walking-around-in-my-undies-carrying-an-imaginary-weapon nuts, but still.

    All things considered, those don't seem that bad. 
    I'm playing through it on the PS3, and haven't come across anything crazy as of yet. Also, it hasn't locked up on me either. 
    But I can tell it wants to......

    @DetectiveSpecial: It's true, these aren't that bad.  I'm sharing the minor, silly ones here, in part because they're funnier than a blue screen, and in part because I can't think of a way to take a screenshot of my computer crashing.

    The armless NCR trooper is not a bug though. It's the work of the Legion. They usually have a mine under them, but a few of them don't.

    @ZimboDK: I guess I don't really get why booby-trapping a corpse would create a "talk" option.  This one in particular didn't have frag mines under it.  As I recall, it was just sitting there.  Seems to me allowing you to search the body would pretty much do the same thing.

    @mzuckerm:  Right, but they're still alive. The Legion cuts off their limbs and leave them in the wasteland. So when another NCR trooper (or you) comes along, he rushes over and they both get blown up.

    The worst glitch I've encountered after playing for 90 hours just happened to me and it was much, much crazier than those glitches you posted.

    @Ignor:  I snuck into The Fort to go into the underground bunker and was wearing a disguise.  I guess dogs don't fall for disguises, because they started attacking me.  Luckily, Boone had some plasma grenades, and so threw them at the dog (he sometimes finds his hunting rifle boring).  The blast knocked over two Legion soldiers, but even though I'd just murdered their dog and blown them up, they got up, shook it off and were perfectly content with me.  
     
    I snuck into a building I wasn't supposed to go into, and the guards started chest bumping me, telling me I wasn't supposed to be there etc.  So, I threw on a Stealth Boy and they continued to yell at me and follow me around, but I was still Hidden.  So, I could pickpocket them, break into lockers etc. and they didn't do anything. 
     
    No exorcism yet.

    Best one I have had so far is I "drug" Rex around for a bit.
     
    He did not exit the his sit pose, and then followed me.   It looked like he was wiping his but on the desert, so I think he has worms.

    @DarkWaterSong: Lately I've been running Fraps whenever I play.  It seems to interact negatively with Fallout: New Vegas (not a surprise), but I haven't had any other problems with it, and it's pretty easy to use.

    I run Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with dual monitors.  Sneezing makes FNV crash on my rig, so I turn EVERYTHING off when I play the game and I can normally get 3 hours before it locks up.
