... You know, the "trrrrrr" sound from Fallout 3. Is it gone? Is there an explanation on why it's gone? Is it a bug? a glitch? Help? I've played this game in 40 hours and i haven't noticed this for now. It's minor, i know, but i liked it.

Do you mean when you get into an area that is irradiated, or when you, yourself have radiation?  In Fallout 3, I only remember the sound for going into an irradiated area... and that's still there.  I came across it in an area..... near some raceway where there were a bunch of giant ants.  And it did the sound for me.

I'm thinking so.  I'll head into an area with barrels or something tonight and see if I get the same problem.

For all the patching we've allegedly gotten so far, the game is still fairly buggy.

I could have sworn I've heard it, maybe not. Also, I don't think it's a sound from the Pip-boy. Somebody made a Chernobyl thread recently because it was the anniversary of that disastrous event, and I was interested after playing Fallout 3, so I did some research on it and radiation. I remember the way in which radiation was described as being felt, the description seemed very similar to that sound you hear, which I thought was pretty darn awesome.

Well, i've tested it again (on the 360) and i dont have any sound on radiation. It would be nice if someone else could confirm this too.

Still nothing guys... Gheez, wtf. I've put every setting option to default and still nothing. I thought it would be "fixed" after the new patch, but nope. Are there some playing a PAL version of this game on the 360 that have the same problem?

No one knows or got any solution? It's nothing major, but it's all about atmosphere, and without it the sound score feel a bit empty...
