    Possible permanent fix for the The Strip/Old Cowboy hat glitch.

    Spoilers for the DEBT COLLECTOR side quest. 
    I don't think this was fixed in the recent patch but what I did was get the old cowboy hat so you can enter the strip. Once inside go to...

    After I did that I went to free side, dropped the hat outside the Vegas gates and was able to enter without a problem. There might be some other weird things that might still happen like being unable to save in the strip without having it be corrupted as I haven't tested that but so far everything is fine for me.
