Whats the level cap and will all perks from Fallout 3 (DLC's included) be in this one?

Are special unarmed moves like piercing kick and palm strike in Fallout 2 going to be in Fallout new vegas?

• Can you have multiple  Companions is your party? 
• If you have more then one Pre-order code downloaded, which one will Doc Mitchell give you?

Will there be any way to send items you've collected back to your house without actually travelling there (especially in Hardcore Mode, where weight is such an issue)? One example of a game that did this is Torchlight, which allowed you to have your pet take items back to be sold while you were still out exploring the dungeon area. It would be pretty sweet if you could have Dogmeat take some of your stuff and deliver it back to a storage place in your house...
