Ok so im playing Fallout in Harcore mode and I was thinking  wat are empty bottles used for? can i store water in them? or not. Cause that would be helpful I think.

If you're on the PC version you can get a mod that lets you fill them up from puddles/toilets/lakes if you want.

You should be able to make molotovs, man.

I have yet to discover a use for Empty Nuka-Cola/Empty Sunset Sarsaparilla bottles, BUT,
 
The generic Empty Soda Bottle (which is also more rare than the other two) is used with 3 Prickly Pear Fruit to make Cactus Water. In my hardcore mode I've made about 20 I'd say.

I know there's a perk at some point that lets to brew your own nuka-colas at work benches, i'm assuming you'll need an empty bottle, a cap + ingredients but i don't actually know for sure.

I wouldn't be surprised to find a mod that lets you put water in contaniers

Do yourself a favor and get in the habit now of not picking every piece of bullshit up.

I heard that if you collect one of each bottle and take them to a work bench you can play as Ryu's mentor, Gouken.
