Hey, I got a call from my friend and he said that eb games phoned (because of his pre order) and told him that Far Cry 2 had been pushed back a week. I am in disbelief because ive heard nothing of a delay and id like to get it tomorrow (for Ps3)
Is he on crack, or did it actually get delayed?

If so, that's a very stupid decision.  Now that LittleBigPlanet is out of the picture, Fable 2 was its only competition this week.  Releasing a high (but not ULTRA high) profile game like that next week among so many amazing titles is just suicide.

Best Buy seems to have let their shipments get behind because the EB Games around here in the midwest have it, but Best Buy told me the release date had been pushed back

It comes out today/tomorrow guaranteed(as in ships today, out tomorrow on most east cost, while some west coast has it already) there is no delay at all, whoever told you that is a moron and knows nothing.

in the UK its all still GO.....my copy has been posted today so I guess Europe is OK.

Comes out tomorrow at my GS which gives me some more time to mess around with SR2.

No delay here, coming out 10/22 as expected.

It isn't here yet today, but it should be here by tomorrow.  it says it is shipping.
