    I was just going to say the same exact thing.  That's what bugs me most about FC2 right now.  People seem to be jizzing over the editor, but it's actually extremely limited.  The maps you can make are small and are for exclusive multiplayer use.  You can't place weapons, NPC's, logic triggers, anything.  If Ubisoft doesn't give this game some modding tools it's not going to have a community for very long (if at all).

    Anyways, I"m not a huge fan of the game either...but I can't say it's a horrid game.  I hate how long shit takes to get done, but that's just some peoples' thing.  Personally, I prefer a more concise and focused game...like Dead Space.

    this game due to its mechanism is more challenging than the other shooters specially on Xbox 360 and PS3 in which you can not save the game anywhere like the PC version .

    Yes I know, this game is so shallow. Once you get your fill of blowing shit up and setting stuff on fire there is nothing. It looks pretty, and you can take on enemies the way you want to. But their Eagle eye vision, insane jeeps, infinite respawning, weak story, weak NPCs, Weak Malaria system, weak programing (fucking glitch city)...etc. I actually hate this game.

    It sure sounds like your inability to shoot is the problem.
     Every time I came up on a check point, I shot everyone I could, got in the mounted gun of a jeep and shot everyone else when they appeared. It worked. And it never got old.

    game was really annoying until i got out into the desert and out of the stupid swamp into the open and shadow free land. i could actually see enemies without cranking the gamma.

    The high point of farcry 2 is a machette rush.
    If you dont run through the paths of gunfire to hack the enemies down and finish them off one by one then  you arent playing properly.

    I'm not going to defend far cry because it blows pretty hard. But it does sound like this guy sucks at videogames.

    Looking back on my prior comments, I can say that I definitely felt like that at the time of the game's release.  Has it seriously already been 9 months?  My goodness, time flies in Video Game Land.  Nonetheless, I enjoy the Hell out of the game now.  You just have to be into wandering around aimlessly and wrecking shop on some fools!

    I love the single player, I do admit for a shooter it is a bit unforgiving though. and i Hate having malaryia, its not that its that hard to get pills just the whole concept of it annoys me. 
    but I love the custom map maker.
