So I just brought Fat Princess (and it's really fun - also, check out the credits for something mindblowing, and I dont want to ruin it for anybody ;) ) BUT I've only had one game, and suddenly I keep getting the error that I cannot join the host.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is EVERYONE else having this issue!?

Seems that a couple other users are complaining of the same thing. I would guess that it isn't working for most players right now.

Yeah, same here, along with everyone else I know who bought the game. Oh well. What's a new game without a few online issues?

Though, I was able to jump in on one game. Of course, that was one out of dozens of tries.

I'm getting on pretty fine, there are a few small bugs, but this happens on all launches for a game like this, it should be ironed out in a day or two.

I have only been able to get in games a few times and they were a bit laggy.

I think the lack of a server list is pretty annoying as well.

got into 4 games before you have to go to find a game because jump in seems to be broken  hope that helps :)

I've been able to get into 3 games, but they were pretty laggy. I tried about 6 times and failed.

Does appear to be some issues, but other than that it's a lot of fun. Can't wait for them to be ironed out. I'm 100% with you about the credits!

I've been getting game after game lately. I had problems last night but it seems fine to me now...

For those having trouble finding a match maybe we should just set up a Giant Bomb game or something?

My time with Fat Princess so far has been very enjoyable for the most part but I have to agree that there are some issues with the online right now, but I think that is to be expected when a game of this magnitude of popularity is released.  Just look at BF1943.  I have been in full games that ran nearly as smooth as a single player game and that was maddeningly fun, and I have been in games where there is a noticable delay which hinders the experience a bit but is still good enough to play.  I have yet to encounter an amount of lag that makes the game unplayable, however I have run into the problem where it can't find a game and keeps booting me to the title screen.  This happens about 3-4 times in a row on average before it can place me.

Wow, thank goodness (sort of) that other people are having issues as well. I thought I was the only one, due to my not so great internet connection.
Yeah, it tooke me nearly 15 minutes to get into a match. After getting into one, I experienced lag the whole time. It's not unplayable, but I'm never sure if what I'm doing is really happening or if I'm alredy dead but just don't know it.
Hope it gets fixed soon.

I got into a single game my first try yesterday. Haven't been able to join a single game yet :[

I have got into one game in like 6 tries.  I want them to fix this cause this game is amazingly awsome

yeah...its broken i cant get into a single game and since you cannot back out of joining a game or finding a game your pretty much stuck till it tells you that no game is available or you cannot connect to the game.

Yeah it's pretty bad for me, it takes about 6 tries most of the time to find a working game. When I eventually get in though I can usually go for 3 or 4 rounds before it trips out again.
There have also been a couple of times when the host has left the game and it fails to find a new one.

In my ten tries of going online only one was successful, and even then I was disconnected from the server in four minutes for no apparent reason.

Also I have to say that despite its charm that comes from its distinctive art-style, I am already worn out of its gameplay. It's way too simple to be of interest to me in the long run. 

I'm almost 100% sure that the actually map server aren't run by PSN, instead they are run by players. Basically, the Jump-In option is just to find a open slot in a map. If you aren't having luck with it, its probably because you aren't able to find a room with a open slot. In that case, try to open your own game by going to play-with-others-control freaks.

It's driving me crazy, I've been able to play for few hours yesterday... I guess it's a good news that it's not my fault....

Ya, mine is busted too. I was only able to play in one game in the last week

They already announced that they are working on a patch. Hopefully that will come out soon.

I'm going to buy it as soon as this is ironed out. The premise alone, not even thinking about the gameplay, is mindblowing...

i played a few games when i bought it last thursday and loved it, started getting huge connection issues friday, and i hadnt touched it since... its now wednesday, i went to try and play, got into a game that crashed, and couldnt get into another game, just keep getting booted to the title screen. back to waiting for the patch i guess

I just got it last night. The it seems every other game I try to join says it can't join.
