Better than first game in the series

    Fear 2 Project Origin.

Gameplay: First encounter assault recon was a bit repetitive in the hole campaign in my opinion. But Fear 2 project origin has definetly got better in the variety of missions including better graphics and better gameplay in general. I have liked every mission because there are scary missions more often that add up the suspense and thrills that you experience in the first fear game. Fear 2 also has robots in 2 missions that you can use to exterminate your enemies in a better usefull way. 2nd Alma in the series you see her throughout the hole game the hallucinations help to get more sense from the story and to know more on Alma and want she wants from you. All the missions are great and there is a lot more variety and its great to experience that. The ending was pretty disapointing I was expecting the last mission to be longer but It wasn't Im am ready for the 3rd Fear.

Graphics: The graphics are even better all the maps guns characters and everything else are sharp and beautiful special effects are well calibrated.

Sound: Some of the music is from the first game but its a bit modified but there are a lot of scary music that makes fear 2 more interesting.

Overall: Fear 2 does not impress people that like the first fear but I tought that beating them both were great but fear 2 was a lot better in graphics and gameplay and by the variety of missions that you have in the game.

Renting the game is not a bad idea but buying the game is also a great choice since its a great game that you can't miss out.

Well that's a terrible place to put a swing   Probably since 1997, Monolith has shown it can make a good first person horror game. Over the last 5 years they have really been showing us with the Condemned and F.E.A.R. series, mixing pretty decent first person action with games that are actually atmospheric and scary. This talent continues to be shown in F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin. Starting just before the end of F.E.A.R. the player is put in control of Michael Becket, a member of Del...

FEAR 2 is quite a ride, despite lacking in the scares department 0

If a very atmospheric first person shooter is what you're looking for, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin is your game. Monolith's latest in a series of creepy first person games such as Condemned and FEAR is another success. Exciting set-pieces and some pretty entertaining attempts at immersing the player make this a really fun ride.    FEAR 2 has more of a "Blockbuster" feel to it Whereas the first FEAR had you take control of Point Man, FEAR 2 features a different, albeit just as silent prot...
