Hey, topic is basically the TL;DR of my question.

I bought FF7 awhile ago on steam looking to play it again. I've made 2 accounts on the Square Enix website, but I can log into neither of them even though I'm entering the right password. I can't log into my Square Enix account after clicking the verification link in the sent email and logging out on the website. Before logging out, entering my log-in credentials on the pop-up that appears after you try to run FF7 yields no results other than it complaining I've entered some invalid shit.

Anyone have any advice? This is really frustrating and I have no clue why it won't work and google is yielding no results.
