Closely looked at the credits and...
Nolan North had to take a back seat in this game, when you have a main charachter voiced by the same man who did Kanji, game over
I noticed him a few times.
Hes the PSICOM officer telling Lightning not to get on the train in the Flashback video.
Also he is a PSICOM officer arguing with Rosch about his treatment of the civilians of Cocoon. (At least I think it was Rosch)

" @jakob187 said:Which is what makes him the perfect choice for Abraham Lincoln in LINCOLN F.O.R.C.E.!!!" Nolan North: the hardest working muthafucker in video games! NOT EVEN HELICOPTERS CAN STOP HIM!!! "He he hates them, but G`damn he gets the job done. "
" You all realize he was in FF12 as well? "He was totally badass in there too. I will be honest, I was pretty bummed out when he didn't join your party for certain unfortunate reasons, and I didn't even know who Mr. North was back then. But yeah I didn't really pay attention to any of the voices to notice him anywhere.
I find it funny how many other VAs end up in just as many games but don't get the attention he does. Guess that shows some real talent to do that.
