Yakuza 3 is sorta like an RPG. So that one. Pokemon SoulSilver if it actually comes with a soul.

Watched some Resonance of Fate vids today - did some light reading on it - looks pretty great, breaking from the 'norm' of JRPG. I also read that while there are only 3 characters they're highly customizable (and these effects can even be seen during cut scenes); I would much rather a few customized characters than the regular staple of JRPG Stereo types.

final fantasy, then wait a little while for the others

... I'm torn between Yakuza and Final Fantasy. Resonance of Fate seems pretty cool too, but I'll probably hold off on actually playing it for a while; too many other games that I haven't touched yet (which I own), like Uncharted 2.

You're missing Infinite Space, Shin Megami Tensei:Strange Journey, Sakura Wars, Lunar Silver Star Harmony, and Fragile Dreams at least. 
 
But yeah I'm leaning to DA:A.   
 
FFXIII would seem to be the one to wait on since you know there will be a copy available in 6 months (can't say the same for Sakura Wars for example) and the plot will be so obtuse that it will be impossible to spoil.

not sure, probably none until they go down in price.  I don't think there is anything i'm going to buy in march.

I've only been a fan of 12 and Tactics, but I think 13 definitely looks more interesting than any other JRPG out there.
 

And people who are buying Pokemon... That's probably me as well.

In March, I'm getting Final Fantasy XIII and Pokémon HeartGold (my girlfriend is getting SoulSilver).

in yakuza you get in random battles and level up. You have stats and equipment. It's story and cutscene heavy. it's much more of an RPG than pokemon "

I need to get Awakenings and Yakuza 3 but I need to finish Origins and Yakuza 2 first. FFXIII and Resonance of Fate both look pretty unappealing to me.

thank you for that.. i havent played the other 2 yakuzas and the demo for the 3rd is all i got to play :P i did like it though. "

Pokemon HeartGold, of course. If one's list of "RPGs to get in March" doesn't include Pokemon HeartGold(Pokemon SoulSilver is, while significantly less awesome, an acceptable substitute), then something is seriously wrong.
