No, because:

1. 360 port of XIII looked like crap in some respects
2. Nomura, IIRC, hates the 360
3. Nomura gets his way because he brings in so much sales and so much money

When asked by a Square Enix investor at a shareholders meeting about a possible Xbox 360 port, president Yoichi Wada stated "We'll be looking into it internally until right before the formal announcement." After some backlash, he later clarified his original statement by saying on  Twitter  "It looks like the [inter]net is heating up. Versus on Xbox? What I said at the earnings press conference was just that until a formal announcement is made at the announcement time; all points about all titles are not finalized."

In regards to the announcement of Final Fantasy XIII Ultimate Hits International for the Xbox 360, Nomura was asked by fans on Twitter regarding the fate of Final Fantasy Versus XIII's exclusivity and his response was "Multiplatform is when you start development on a game with the assumption of optimizing for multiple platforms. Porting is something that's done after you've developed a game specifically for a particular platforms[sic]. The debate over porting is decided by the management based on the current market and the costs. All I can say right now as a developer is that Versus is being developed specifically for the PlayStation 3."

I recently heard from somewhere that it will. Not from an official source, but I don't know and don't really care.

Isn't Square-Enix not doing well financially?  Would be kinda ballsy of them to release an exclusive game in their current condition.

They been working on this fucking thing for six years, imagine all the money they spent on this game already. They must have done every shortcut possible to keep the production price down, so having to add in the extra man power to port over to the 360 would more than likely be added in, but you never know.

Probably going to be a port depending on how much potential sales they might get if also putting it out to the 360. Hard to tell right now but the last few have been coming out to the 360 & probably isn't that much time spent changing a few things to get this to work on that console.

I'm not sure the Xbox 360 will still be around when the game comes out.

I`m betting there`s an 85% it`ll come out...at all.

Well, according to this, Versus XIII went into full production just late last year; so it probably didn't cost them too much from when it was first announce at E3 2006 and now.

I'm interested in knowing if this will see a 360 release, but more interested in the chance of this becoming a PS4/Xbox720 title.

To be honest, I'm getting the feeling that the reason this game is so elusive is because they are mulling the possibility of a 360 release. Square can't afford exclusives right now - and when the game has been in production this long you know they're gonna want this game to sell as much as possible, even if that means developing it for more than one system.
