I know the ending doesn't exactly change except for what's said, i played my Henry as someone who needed to take a break from his wife's illness but is still loyal, maybe seeing her upsets him and he feels his life is at a stand still.
I didn't push away Delilah's flirts that one night but didn't go all the way with them, and at the end i picked going to see the wife, if you pick the other options does Delilah really just jump at the chance at being with Henry or do those conversations lead nowhere?

I know i'm late to the party, i'm at the mercy of the backlog :P.

I could be wrong, but I think that there is really only one ending. I believe Delilah always flees without you.

There is a “secret” ending though. I don’t know how to mark spoilers on my phone, so maybe just Google “Firewatch secret ending” if you are curious.
