    Flashpoint Productions was founded in 1992 by Brent Erickson in Salt Lake City, UT. Flashpoint was an independent development company. In 1994 Flashpoint moved it's offices to Olympia, WA.

    Flashpoint developed many products including Noctropolis for Electronic Arts and Fred Couples Golf for Sega.

    In 1996, Flashpoint was sold to Bethesda Softworks and became Bethesda's West Coast development wing.
