Getting the Achievement Info

Does anyone know how the GB guys are pulling all the 360 Achievement information?  I've been trying to do something similar for my small community forum, but have been unsuccessful so far.  The Xbox Community Developers Program seems to be closed, and you can't screen scrape because xbox.com requires that you be logged on to even view the profile pages.
 
Any ideas on how to pull this information?

I've been trying to get something similar accomplished for a CS class project, but I haven't found a good solution. The best publicly available option is an api that was created by a guy at 
 http://duncanmackenzie.net/Blog/put-up-a-rest-api-for-xbox-gamertag-data . It's pretty useful, but it doesn't go into too much detail about games and achievements.
