Protected RSS Feeds

I am building an RSS application and I am having trouble accessing the password protected/subscriber only RSS on here. Has anyone done this or possibly know how to 'login'?

IIRC it's standard HTTP auth. Give it your username & pass, and log in. If this is a user-facing app, you'll have to have each user log in individually.

I've had this problem before.

Change your password to something with only alphanumeric characters (no <>?/!@$%, only letters and numbers). I could not get into the RSS with non-alphanumerics in my password.

It's been a long-standing issue.
