Atomic Heart a no show?

I was really looking forward to seeing some more stuff on this does anyone know what's up with this game?

This is the second time I've heard of this game and the first time was a half-hearted "this looks interesting" from a friend that stumbled across it somewhere. I didn't remember anything about it until I looked it up.
