Dubstep

Now that the dubstep corner has become an essential part of the Bombcast with it having a pretty regular weekly discussion what are some of the best dubstep tracks out there? We need to know in order to get a better understanding of the minds of the people on the show.

But then of course to keep it video game related..

The great Deadmau5 even gets in on the action

So yeah, dubstep=bombcast.

Someone needs to remix the bombcast theme and add in some heavy drops.

I'm still not sure about dubstep. Some of it is awesome, some of it really rubs me the wrong way.

Louder I really like. The Crave You remix has a good sound, but gets a bit boring for me.

Here's some Japanese dubstep (though there's not really anything with it that immediately makes you think "Japan!" or such).

.....seriously. The skill with the subtleness of the compositions, the thought behind the themes & the emotion explored in the tunes are a really hard to do, especially with the narrow preconception/perception people have on the dubstep-scene.

Also, this is considered to be one of the most epic things when heard live but the clip's audio quality is awful.

I am enjoying it as long as it lasts, I have a feeling 2012 will not be kind on dubstep unfortunately.

I think this was the song that originally got me into modern dubstep.

If we can make a distinction between Dubstep and Brostep, I love Dubstep. If, in the eyes of everybody else, it's the same thing, Dubstep is not my thing.
