It was an episode where either Abby or Alex did an impression saying Dan ate paintchips in Kansas. I always forget which one this is in and it's one of my all-time favorite moments.
Not sure if this narrows it down, but was this maybe just before or just after E3 2019? Bakalar had that solo cast with a good chunk of (well-justified) Dan spite.
I feel like this could have been that podcast, or maybe the one right after it? I think the show aired the Friday the crew was out at E3 and unable to record.
