I was thinking about the idea that Scoops spit balled on the podcast this week. What do you think? If Nintendo were to grab him up would they just put him on the new Metroid game or new IP.
How would a Cliff Bleszinski Metroid play?
As samus taverses through the early levels of the game, she notices sections of the level that clearly indicate you'll be running back there later on. She then realises that this will be a recurring theme and respond to her own thoughts thusly...
..."AWW C'MON!!!"
Too violently in my opinion. Cliff is a nice guy, but he is a bro-wannabe
Je suis Napoleon Bonaparte! L'Empereur de la France et du monde!
@NapoleonBonaparte: How are you Naps, old friend? Austerlitz, Jena, Auerstadt, those were the days! Watch out for Davout, make sure you don't delegate too much power to him, that ugly bastard.

Somehow I find it odd that NapoleonBonaparte is saying that a Cliffy B Nintendo game would be too violent.
@thabigred and @Fredchuckdave
I was not violent. My men were. And their reasons were entirely justified. Surrounded by all of the tyrannical monarchies of Old Europe, they smashed victory and conquered Europe! They charged into battle for their emperor and for eternal glory!
Cliff Bleszinski does not stir passion in men's hearts! He only creates violent visual masturbation; to get over his being picked on in high school and being featured in the first issue of Nintendo Power.
Fun fact: Napoleon personally commanded in roughly 200 Battles and lost only 2; Leipzig being substantially more decisive than Waterloo. So, before all the ignorant Russia references begin, at least have some respect for the greatest commander that ever lived.
@CosmicBatman: Plenty of fish in the sea! Hopefully Nolan North returns after his Heart of Darkness experience and yells fuck all the time.
He actually described in a Reddit AMA last month that the first Unreal game was more about exploration of the world they'd made than just tournament shooting. He said that a true successor to the original Unreal games would be, in his mind, an exploration game like Metroid.
Oh also he probably oversaw some stuff on Shadow Complex.
Sorry for not being funny.

No that's fascinating. All the pieces are falling into place.

Samus does not give a fuck about chest-high walls.
She'll be all over morph-ball-high walls, though.
How about when Samus does the spin jump it triggers the audio for the chainsaw from Gear of War and chops enemies to a pulp?
