Longest Space-Out while listening to the Bombcast

I started listening to the Podcast today as soon as I sat down at work. Hour and a half later I realized that I'm neither working nor listening to the Bombcast. 
 
Now I need to listen to the Bombcast again. YAY! 
And I need to catch up with my work. Argh!
 
Does this happen often to you? Or is it just me?

It happens a lot to me because I like to multi-task, but suck at multi-tasking. I'm happy with that though, because all I need from the Bombcast is their voices.

dude, I do this all the time. We need to get some more sleep to concentrate :(
