Old Bombcast backdrop was stolen!

I'm not sure if there has already been a post about this, but someone apparently made a flyer with the old rainbow Giant Bombcast backdrop. Behold:

This was brought up before with Pepsi I believe, a member of the staff commented that they don't own that background image either.

It's been brought up before. Apparently, it's licensed art and GB and the other firms all licensed the art.

GiantBomb doesn't own it.

It actually makes me sad to know that it was licensed art and not something the guys themselves came up with.   
 
Can we go back to saying it was Giant Bomb's idea in the first place so that I don't feel like they were unoriginal?

I like the idea that Pepsi loves the Bombcast so much they had to license the background.

im glad the rainbow is gone, i had a huge issue about the colors being in the wrong order.
