Trying to find a clip

I’m trying to remember which episode this is from - can anyone remember which episode it was when Jeff goes on a tremendous rant, ‘demanding’ the camera (to which Jan replies “I got you”), and a bunch of air horns at the end of the rant? I can’t remember which one it was and I was wanting to see/hear it again...
