Adding caption issue on image upload

Browser Version: Google Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Time of error: Around 2:15 PM Central Time

Issue: I was uploading an image via a URL and tried to enter a caption. Phoenix CMS showed the Very Busy loader and showed the "We suck. It's broken. Mock us on the Bug Reporting Forum." error. Caption adding after upload works fine. Hope this can be fixed. Thanks!

@adam24: OK, I'll see if I can file a bug for this. I didn't manage to replicate the bug but on Windows it looks like the caption just doesn't show up at first.

@rorie: The bug only occurs on first upload on the user profile gallery system
