Apple Device Issues

Having issues on my iPhone XS Max, iPad Pro and Apple TV with the app and website. It shows the “loading video” message but doesn’t play the video. Also having an issue where during live stream it will revert back to the “please stand by” screen during a stream and I have to restart the stream

I can confirm the "Loading Video" issue on my iPad Pro! Came here to make sure it was reported. This iPad is fresh out of the box. Oddly, my iPhone X on iOS 12.0 does not run into this problem. The iPad is running iOS 12.1. Maybe that's part of the problem?
