Bug? Dark Souls 2 (PC) Quick Look not playing

Not sure if this is a bug, but the video for Dark Souls 2 (PC) Quick Look isn't playing. The ad before it plays just fine, but the ad timer just stays at "Your video begins in 00:01" and just hangs. No feed, just a black screen.

Windows 8.1 64-bit with Chrome, and also tested in Internet Explorer, same results.

• Chrome (also tried in IE, Firefox)
• Premium, so no ads beforehand to load up

Any non-Youtube video settings fail to load.

Same. Tried downloading the video in Chrome, but it says "Failed - No file".

@fitzgerald: just put it in progressive

Works fine through the Video Buddy app for iOS / Android, if it helps find the cause.

It's an issue with the streaming file; using the progressive option should allow you to play it. Sorry for the trouble. I think it's going to be reencoded.
