can't switch background color

in the top right corner you should be able to switch from white text on black background to black text on white background, and I can't seem to switch at all

@billmcneal: Wait, the site defaulted to the black background for you? What browser are you using?

Have you noticed that the top section is always dark? The Black/White toggle is for further down the page.
