Chat is down on UPF

@wcarle: chat is down on tonight’s stream. My device is an iPad Air 2 running on safari.

It's also broken for me on Safari, macOS Sierra.

Every counter on top shows 0 people and chat is empty.

update: it's working for me now! It has a small bug where the text I sent still shows on the textbox and has a slight delay to be sent, but other than that it's back to normal.

Even when up, it's a little wonky. Sometimes my chat entry stays in the text field even after I've submitted it; sometimes it's appeared that I'm 2 minutes ahead of the rest of chat in the video. Paging top men!

We were working through some issues with UPF chat last week. We are releasing a fix today, so all the streams this week should be fine. Sorry for the trouble
