"Chat Popout" in /chat does not work properly

Hello, GB Engineers!

Recently, I noticed that if you click on the "Popout" button in the live chat feeds on /chat, it pops up a new window with the chat AND the livestream instead of just the chat. This only seems to be an issue in /chat; the "Popout" button does work correctly in /infinite.

Hey I believe this is being looked into. There is going to be a new chat UI at some point which will hopefully address this once and for all.
