Chat position resets on every load

Every time I load up /chat or /infinite, or even just do a normal refresh while on them, my chat positioning/width resets. This is approximately where I like to drag it to:

And this is where it resets to every time:

This started happening around the same time chat got updated. Happens in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge (latest versions). Any ideas?
