Do existing Premium subscribers not get the May discount?

My yearly Premium subscription ran out today and I renewed for another year, except I got charged the full $49.95 price and not the current discounted price of $35.

Is there a reason that I don't get the discount? Or could this be an error somehow?

If your sub auto renews I don't think the discount will apply. Contact support and they'll help you.

Yeah just contacted support (incredibly quick reply, amazing!) and they refunded me the difference, so all sorted. Cheers!

Yep, if anyone else runs into this unfortunately all renewals occur at the full price; it's just the way the payment processor works. But if you get in touch with me or support we can get you a refund as quick as we can.
