Didn't see anything on this so I assume I'm the only one getting this trying to download video files? Firefox eventually gives up with "Download failed", but fortunately something like wget/curl won't. A typically session will look like this:

I'm a mere 6 hops away at the border of my network to the Akamai server in question. This isn't something I'm seeing anywhere else, granted I don't do many large HTTP transfers from other servers, but you'd think I'd noticed given the glut of HTTP trafic I'm generating in general if I were getting RST'ed everywhere.
In this case it ended up taking 20 reconnects to get the whole file. Using HTTPS does not solve the problem.
