Drop down menus at the top appear too fast

Not necessarily a bug more like feedback but I have no idea where else to post this.

The problem is real simple, when I pause a video and change tabs to do something else and then change tabs back to GB, I move my cursor down to click the video and unpause it, but the drop menus (Videos | Podcast | Words etc.) appear too fast making me accidentally click a link and taking me out of the video instead of unpausing it.
If it had a little delay between hovering over it and appearing it would solve the problem.

This solved it for me, as I've been posting about this for over a year

Its been a real annoyance on this site for way too long.

Yeah, the drop down menus appearing too fast have been complained about a lot with no fix. Even full well knowing the problem and encountering it a ton, I still accidentally click them when changing tabs.

3rd time this week just now. I will necro this until it's no longer a thing.
