Game Updates?

This isn't really a bug but felt this was the most appropriate place to ask...

Can anyone tell me if adding a game to a list is any different from 'following' one? Also, does this game provide users with regular game updates like GameSpot USED to do? Will it do that if I follow a title?

@starshine_m2a2: I don't believe the "following" functionality does much at the moment, but we're looking into some ways in which we could make it do stuff for users. Perhaps to allow wiki editors to see new edits to a page or something similar. We'll see!
