While using the fullscreen button on any video in the HTML5 player on GB, the video will expand to take the entire screen thus cutting off the bottom of the video. Progressive videos do this as well. The videos available on YouTube do not experience this issue.

  • Operating System: WIn 10 Pro
  • Browser With Version: Firefox 51.0.1
  • Extensions: RES, Adblock Plus, Dark Youtube Theme, Classic Theme Restorer, Customize about:newtab, Privacy Badger (all extensions completely disabled during testing)
  • The exact URL you were on: http://www.giantbomb.com/videos/unprofessional-fridays-03032017/2300-11916/
  • What exactly you were trying to do: press fullscreen button in bottom right to have video take up the entire screen
  • What time you were trying to do it: 2:10PM EST
  • If at all possible please submit a screenshot:

Video fullscreened
Video fullscreened

Hmm, I'm unable to replicate this myself. Are you using any kind of odd monitor setup?

I got this same thing with the same situation with my 21:9 monitor a few weeks ago, but it's since been solved.
