Getting Ads as Premium Member on Safari

Problem Description

Banner, and video ads appear while using Safari as a premium member. Ads appear on Quick Looks as well as Premium Videos. No add-ons installed to web browser or system. System was reformatted through the network recovery as of 15th January 2016. Using a MacBook Pro Late 2012, running OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 and Safari 9.0.3. I've tested on my Windows 7 machine using Chrome with no issue, as well as my Ubuntu machine using Firefox with no issue.

@decoyoctopusx: Can you try clearing your cookies and logging back in? That usually fixes it.

My Safari stays in my developer mode and clears everything every time I close. I tried it manually too, and it didn't work.

I just logged in to my account on Safari, which I never use, and I'm not getting any ads at all while signed in. I'm not running any extensions or anything.

@decoyoctopusx: Can you try again now? I reset some things on your account, if you're still seeing ads can you post a screenshot of the ads you're seeing?

I'm suddenly getting ads on my premium account as well. Just started this morning. Using Chrome and I tried clearing cookies but it didn't work.
