Getting error message

Hi Rory. Can't play any premium videos as of today on firefox on my surface 2 laptop.

Hey, is this still an issue for you? I know I filed a bug for this but I'm not sure it was resolved or not. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I'm having an issue viewing premium videos from the rss feeds. Audio rss works OK.

Are you getting an error message?

@rorie: Getting the video error with Jeff talking saying video viewing couldn't be authenticated. Non premium videos in the same feed are working. Using player.fm's private rss feed feature with api key included.

Edit: If I use the RSS feed and view the. Mp4 file directly I get the same error message so it has nothing to do with the app.
