"Help us improve Qualtrics" popping up on every page?

Am I an idiot that's under some kind of cyberattack, or is something popping up on every page on the site asking to "Help us improve Qualtrics"?

In case it's helpful for the troubleshooters, I'm in Canada and using Chrome on a Mac.

Just wanted to say I'm getting it as well, so not just you.

Can confirm, this pop up appears if you navigate to any page on the website. “No thanks” doesn’t disable it, and trying to do the survey returns an error.

I'm getting the same thing and when I click Provide Feedback I get "Cannot GET /jfe/form".

Same for me. Popping up on every page, and I get a 404 when I actually try to take the survey.

Yo this rules.

I can only read posts on mobile the site is PROFOUNDLY fucked on desktop.

Not getting it on desktop mozilla, but it's still popping on android chrome :/

I just saw it once the homepage, after refreshing the site by hitting F5, about 10 minutes ago, using Firefox.

Guys, I don't think anyone likes this. It's an issue, that's been brought up, and Rorie is looking into it.

Enough people have posted to indicate it's not a singular bug, but is affecting the site, and its users, as a whole.

It'll get taken care of.

Seems to be over? Chrome's back to normal at least.
