I can't create forum polls. This issue has been going on for a few months for me and it exists across multiple browsers and even devices. Others can create polls so I know it's not broken in general, but I can't. It's possible my account was somehow banned from creating polls, even though I'm premium member, I've never received a warning from any of the mods over poll creations and I don't receive any error message when I try to do it saying I lack permission. Instead when I try to click the little red "create new poll" button it grays out and then the poll creation page reloads with all my text and input still there, no error message, and no poll created.
I obviously don't know if this only affects me personally (maybe my "could you kill a Fygar in real life" poll was deemed too violent or my poll about Knack II was deemed disrespectful and I got shadowbanned) but it seems like it at least could be a bug so I'm posting it here.
