Lists not saving?

I tried to make my GOTY list using the site list feature. Created it finished and went to hit save. Gave me some error so I shrugged it off figured it was a fluke... tried it again and same result.

I'm on latest build of chrome.

@demoskinos: You probably didn't select what type of list you wanted.
