No Auto-Resume on videos

Hi, I was browsing Twitter and came across this post (https://twitter.com/enemykite/status/303398153040822272) from Dave. He mentions that a lot of people were complimenting the auto-resume feature on the video player. Am I right in assuming this means that a video will pick right back up at the point you left it at, should you move to a different page on the site and return. Or am I simply misunderstanding the concept of auto-resume?

It should work on streaming and html5. Progressive does not support skip ahead. Try playing a streaming video and then refreshing the page, it should pick up from where you left it last.
