People voting multiple times in GBi

Someone found out on accident that you can cast multiple votes, if you open multiple tabs in a browser on a phone.

Additionally, since we found that out, we've been getting a lot of mystery box winning the vote, mysteriously.

OK I'll see what I can do! Might take some time to resolve unfortunately.
