Podkicker app / Premium podcast feeds

I use the Podkicker app on android and haven't had any issues in years with downloading the premium podcasts. Just yesterday the feeds stopped working and in my podcast list says "unable to load - Unauthorized" next to each premium podcast feed. I haven't changed any settings and am confused. does anyone else use the app and have the same problem? or maybe a solution for me?
