Quoting in video comments "doubles" the poster's name

It also adds "Edited by" to the lower name if it's been edited beforehand.

I've also noticed this. It's grabbing the byline of the quoted comment along with the actual comment text. The byline includes tags like "Staff", "Online", etc.
