Recent Topics on the front page busted?

I'm having problems with the bottom of Giant Bomb's main page today. Only the first recent topic from the forums is showing, and the footer with all the information is missing as well: the page just ends at that first topic. Logging in and out had no effect, and it hasn't changed at all over the course of the day.

I'm running Chrome on Win8, if that's at all helpful.

Me too, Chrome Win7. The entire forums are busted, including posting.

Chrome 28 on OS 10.8.4 as well.

Same for me on Firefox/Pale Moon on both Vista and Windows 7.

Every now and then it loads correctly, but most of the time it doesn't.

Seems to be fixed for me. No idea if it sorted itself out or someone did something, but it works!

This was coinicidentally the only topic on the front page when I loaded up Giant Bomb a minute ago, so it's definitely not fixed. I assume the "every now and then it loads correctly, but most of the time it doesn't" Zeik mentioned is what you're currently experiencing.

Using Firefox btw.

Also I'm getting frequent 502 Gateway Errors tonight, with a pic of Lincoln on Luchadeer and text saying "site is down for maintenance".

hmmm, it's a bigger issue. I'm going to fix tomorrow as I don't want stuff to be blown up overnight.

@mrpibb: Aw man, this is the one bug that kinda does a thing that I want. Oh well, might as well enjoy it while it lasts.

@bacongames: it'll be back shortly, we're doing some fixes to make sure it doesn't blow up again.

I gotta say, this is the only way I actually participate in all the forums, which I imagine is the same for a lot of people. 'Cause no way are people gonna check out the Atari 2600 forum, then the Advance Wars forum to see if anyone posted anything in the last 15 minutes.

Just in case anyone reads this, the recent topics on the front page are still broken. Is it still being worked on?
