RSS HD Feed Only Populates 4Mbps Videos

Hey there, I just noticed recently that the videos I get out of the RSS feed are only at 4Mbps, whereas the individual downloads are the 8Mbps variant. Is that functioning as intended? Is there a way I can automatically download the 8Mbps version? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to bump, but can anyone comment if this is intended functionality? I mostly just want to know if there's a different feed I could use, or if I'm misunderstanding something.
